Item 6 on the next Silsden Town Council meeting (8 Oct 2015)

6. Yellow lining update to be noted both outside the football ground Keighley Rd and the bottom of Skipton Rd were put forward by highways to the last area committee, unfortunately these project were not chose for the forth coming financial year. The clerk has obtain assurances that they will be resubmitted again for the next round of projects.

However if people feel strongly then they should write to bruce.andrews@bradford,gov,uk to support these proposals.

good to hear no serious injuries, was it caused by someone pulling out of a side street not being able to see because of all the parked cars?

You may be surprised dins, Bruce got us the single white line outside the main Sports Club gates.

He also put us forward for double yellows on the opposite side but was told no due to lack of funding.
