I notice yesterday that heavy vehicles were on the fields off Belton Road yesterday!

Walking up Belton Road yesterday PM i noticed that there has been a fair amount of activity in the fields where the estate is to be built. One field, in particular, has had its top soil stripped off & elsewhere the land has been marked off with either red or white flags. Over towards the lane by Holmes's farm there is even more activity. All rather odd, i thought the application for building on this site was still pending, must be wrong!!
