Does anyone know if they are allowed to work at weekends on this site? They are busy this morning already at 8am and their was work on the site most of yesterday?? |

Pretty sure they are not allowed within the terms of the planning permission. Take photo or video evidence and contact bdmc in the morning |

We raised this issue when Skipton Properties were building (I use that word loosely) on Elliott Street - they are not allowed unless it applied or agreed to beforehand. However, when reported to the Council they said they would speak with them, which they did - but they still went ahead with working on several Sundays and didn't face any financial penalty. |

Took a short movie yesterday..and looked out my window this morning to see the flashing lights and moving vehicles on site! Will get them to Bradford. |
